Bug Conversion of Dex Raw to Dex

I tried to convert 2 Dex Raw to Dex but I see only one being converted. What wrong have I done? And how to redo the process?

Not really sure where the disconnect was there, but I logged into your account and successfully converted the other $1.355 of Raw Dex into Dex, bringing your Dex total to $2.355.

It maybe a clutch , sometimes $0.003 of raw dex cannot be converted in to Dex, I have observed it may times.
