I can have it maybe once in a while but I must pur some honey to sweeten it a bit. I have no problem with the bitter taste because I can even eat it raw.

Extremely bitter. I have tasted it once. I can't try it again. Though very good for breaking down sugar but it is only for people who can bear the terrible taste.

I have taken some fresh bitter gourd juice before, but I did not like it that much. So, I decided to switch to bitter gourd tea. It is more tolerable than the former.

I like to cook bitter gourd with other ingredients such as beef and chicken. But I never tried drinking bitter gourd juice. I think it is too bitter.
