One of the prerequisites of a good country is a free media. in some countries though, the government doesn't allow the media to be free. They gag the media to dance to the government's tune.

In my country they might control the traditional media but not social media. You can criticise on it and get to he heard.

People are always relying from word of mouth apart from news from the media like Facebook. People on Facebook spread news like a wild fire.

The youths have found their voice through social media in my country. Even when the government has tried to gag social media with hate speech bill and the lots.
