The very first thing I do when I wake up is take a few deep breaths and slowly stretch my body while still lying in bed. This helps me feel present and grounded as I transition from sleep to wakefulness. After a minute or two of this, I'll reach for my phone to check the time and any important notifications.

Yes, I do after saying my prayers I try to drink water to detox my system so that it helps flush toxic from me
